LED3個とスイッチ1個、ロータリーエンコーダのAとBの端子2個をArduinoの適当なデジタル入出力端子に接続します。 使用する端子はどこでも良いのですが、UART、SPI、I2Cのポートは後から使いたくなるかもしれないので、それを避けるように接続先の端子を選びました。
