NTTテクノクロス株式会社は26日、テキスト・音声・画像や位置情報など多様なデータを収集・保存・管理し、必要な時にすぐに確認・活用できる仕組みを持つデータプラットフォームソリューション「VoiceSnap（ボイススナップ）」において、ローカルLLMを搭載し、オンプレミス環境での要約処理などに対応した新版を、1月27日より提供開始すると発表した。

今回導入した新機能により、長文や多言語のメールも日本語の要約で素早く内容を把握できる。元の本文も同時に転送されるため、必要に応じて詳細を確認することも可能。これにより、学校行事やネット通販の通知といった情報から、ビジネスにおける問い合わせ対応まで、重要メールの見落としを防止できる。
