We are halfway through the year. This is the point where most people open their dashboards. Revenue. Targets. Deals closed. Projects delivered. Those metrics matter. I review them too. Update after it’s been a month is…WHY DIDN’T I DO IT SOONER. I was scared of the upkeep. But I still wash it every 5 days. Takes me an hour start to finish, that’s not bad!
