Easy Thai Curry Dumplings! I’m using a yellow Thai curry for this one but whatever curry you like is 👍🏻 I’ve used Pak choy & asparagus in this as I had both in the fridge to use up too 🥰 Ingredients: 1 x pkt frozen dumplings 2 x tbspn minced garlic 1 x tspn minced ginger 2 x tbspn curry paste 2 x tbspn tomato paste 1 x tbspn soy sauce 1 x can coconut milk 1 x cup water Salt to taste Veggies of choice Sesame seeds to garnish (optional) Method: In a pan add oil, garlic & ginger Add curry paste
