“Maximizing” training is not about how “optimal” you can make setups that are literally already stable. Training that’s maximized simply has you progressing everything you’re doing and getting better at performing tasks. And majority of exercises are “optimal”. It’s just how you approach certain exercises because expenditure can vary. - You’ll never need more than 2-5 sets in a session (obviously 4-10 sets per week). And if you plan to do the higher end, you have to be smart about the approach.
