IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) is a commonly used fertility treatment, especially for unexplained infertility. In this procedure, semen is collected, washed to concentrate healthy motile sperm, and then gently placed into the uterus at the right time. In a stimulated cycle, I prescribe medications to help eggs mature, followed by an HCG trigger to time ovulation accurate
